The monthly event is in its second year teaching participants how to make a different drink at each gathering. At this month’s event tomorrow night (March 26) at 6:30p.m., Roger Bailey, Filini’s bartender, will teach participants how to make a Carroll Garden cocktail, a new version of an old drink – the Manhattan.
A new twist this year is that one person will be chosen each month to participate in a cocktail competition to take place at the end of the year! Stay and hang out after the thirty minute class to enjoy the lite bites bar menu which will be available until 11p.m.
